Directions:
Take 3 x capsules daily, with food in the evening.

 

Is this product right for me?

Suitable for ages 12+

Not suitable during pregnancy or breastfeeding.

Do not take with warfarin or other blood thinning medication such as warfarin.

Take caution that many of the sedating herbs in this product can enhance the effects of sedative medications i.e. benzodiazepines.
